The goals of this project and website are
1) to provide outreach, screening, training, and support for professionals, families and individuals with I/DD.
2) educate family/professional caregivers on the connection between Alzheimer's and Down syndrome to detect signs of dementia earlier.
3) provide guidance through supports/services around the state.
